    Hi there!

    When download the sales reports from subsites, why the reports send to the network admin email address ?

    How do you trigger the report mail? Do you use a plugin to manage that mail?

    why it is not send to subsite administrator email ?

    Not sure yet, but I would expect that maybe you need to activate the sales report plugin locally and not for the entire network.

    Kind regards,

    @cytan

    WooCommerce reports are by default sent to the network admin. This is expected behavior.

    Hi,

    how to set the reports send to individual subsite administrator email address?
    please advice.

    thank you.

    @cytan

    To receive the sales report to the subsite admin email:

    1. You have to grant super admin privileges to the subsite admin from your network multisite user admin
    2. Logout and sign in with the subsite admin credentials
    3. Regenerate the report and you should receive it in the subsite admin email

    I hope this helps!

    Hi
    is that possible to do without granting the super admin to subsite admin?
    if i grant the super admin to the subsite admin, they can access to my whole network right ?

    @cytan

    I forgot to add, a regular admin should do just fine when using woocommerce analytics.

    If you make any user a super admin, they’ll have access to the entire network.

    hi
    yes i already set the user to addmin for subsite.
    but when they generate the reports, the report will go to network admin email.

    @cytan

    Ensure the admin email is set under Settings > General.

    Also, confirm you’re logged in as the regular admin.

    Meanwhile, can you share a screenshot of the link you’re clicking on using https://imgbb.com? This will enable me to reproduce your issue on my end
