PayPal Payments provides new functionality that is not possible to implement in the older PayPal integrations, so a new plugin was necessitated.
But we regret to hear that you have had a difficult time setting it up.
We’d like to know more about what makes the setup with the new plugin more difficult for you. Is it the onboarding process?
You can either log in to your PayPal account with your known login details or alternatively connect manually via API credentials similar to how other plugins do it.
We are working to improve our documentation around the onboarding to make it more clear.
