    Hi,
    Thank you for the plugin.
I have created a form with Contact Form 7, and I have integrated sendinblue as per the documentation (with API etc.).

In the settings page for the form, I have set up to add to my sendinblue list of contacts when someone completes the form (subscribes), but it just does not work. Sendinblue are not getting the new contacts.

The success message is shown when someone subscribes, and I can see that the contact is stored in the database, but it is not integrating with sendinblue.

I tried to contact sendinblue’s support, but they referred me to this support forum as they lack the knowledge and access to support.

So the issue is that for some reason the contacts are not being added to the Sendinblue List after form submission.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

    Thank you for response.
I have it for instance on this page: https://folketsmobler.se/folkets-moblers-sangguide-hitta-din-favoritsang/
You can see it if you scroll down to “Missa inte det b?sta, g? med i v?rt nyhetsbrev!” which is a newsletter subscription form.

    See Contact attribute–form field mapping

You don’t have fields for FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME.

    Hi again,

    Thank you.
I tried adding these fields (both as only “your-name”, and the separately – two fields for “your-firstname” and “your-lastname”). Unfortunately it did not work. I can see that the new fields are successfully stored in the database, but its not updating the list on sendinblue.

Ps: I removed the fields except for e-mail address now as the site is live, and we have visitors.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi again,

I thought I should update anyone having similar issues as this.
So, it seems as the reason that the new contact was not integrating into sendinblue database, was because I was testing the form with my own e-mail address – which was already in the database.

I only realized this when a customer signed up for the newsletter through the form, and it integrated correctly.

So, it was working – but you have to complete the form with a unique email address for it to update in sendinblue list, as well as send out welcome e-mail (if checked in the Contact Form 7 settings).
