    Hello! I have another issue happening now, too.
    (the other one is hopefully being addressed-checkout stalling issues on certain items troubles)
    The Paypal Merchant Technical Support team told me to contact you for help.

    **The only login email address of my current PayPal account is [email protected]. What’s the exact meaning of “PayPal IPN response from a different email address ([email protected])”?
    [this is the exact message: Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address ([email protected]). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.}
    I have since manually ordered for the customer.

    Hi @passiondove,

    Please go to the URL below and take note of your email addresses saved in PayPal:

    https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/settings/

    The Receiver email in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal will need to be the primary email listed on that page.

    Thank you. The email is the email listed. I’ve checked countless times.
    Just learned that my theme Divi apparently doesn’t work with Paypal. (according to them) and they told me to connect with you guys, again.
    There must be others having this issue.
    Anyway, I am just starting so I can handle doing manual orders at this point.
    Appreciate the response very much.

    Thanks for getting back to us about this. You might also consider using the PayPal Payments plugin. It’s free to use and has a lot more features than the standard version that’s included with WooCommerce.
