Feed problems

  • Not sure what’s going on, but my blog isn’t feeding properly, it seems. I have subscribed to my own blog via bloglines, and I made a post a few hours (1 or 2 hours, I think), didn’t show up, even when I asked for posts from the last 6 hours. The one from this morning is showing up.

    But here’s the weird thing. I have the settings to this:
    For each article in a feed, show Full text (as opposed to summary)
    But all my previous posts show up as a summary–not what I really wanted.

    Also, they are not importing into Facebook. Well, they will if I unsubscribe and resubscribe–it will find new posts and post them, but I want them to import one by one as they are posted (most are scheduled posts, btw). What gives?

  • What site is this for?

    Do you have your feed being processed by Feedburner? ( https://feedburner.google.com/ ). If not, might help if you sign up for a free account there and follow the directions including the fact you need to get the Feedburner Feedsmith plugin to help get your feed working right.

    Note on Facebook: They are a bit strange on submissions. Sometimes a hit or miss. Are you manually submitting or using something like Simple Facebook Connect?
