• Hi,
I’m using you plugin mainly for decimal quantity, but I’ve some products to sell by multiple with a minimum quantity.
If I add the product from the main or archive page, it adds only one product to the cart, if I add from the product page it works fine.
    Could yoi kindly help?
    Thanks,
    Andrea

    Hi Andrea!

Can you give a specific example from your site?
Which Product should I put in the cart and from which page so that I can repeat your problem?

    Hi,
thanks for your reply, from the main page of https://www.carosi.it you can choose “Pomodori pelati la torrente 400gr”, if you add 24 to the cart, you will find only one in the cart…

    Yes. Now I saw.
I will try to simulate such a situation and will definitely give you an answer.

This is a preliminary conclusion so far:
Adding to the Cart from pages other than the Product Page is organized through the “qty-increment-buttons-for-woocommerce” Plugin on U Shop.
Plugin “qty-increment-buttons-for-woocommerce” is incorrectly passing “Item Quantity” value to cart.

Moreover, if you first increase and then decrease the quantity of Products (press +/-), then this plugin works correctly.

Good. Let’s be patient and figure it out.
    On your page https://www.carosi.it/categoria-prodotto/specialita/conserve-al-pomodoro/
there are different Buttons: “Acquista” & “Informazioni”

I have a question for you: how do you make the button: “Acquista”?

    Thread Starter Andrea

    (@isifacile)

Acquista is the “Add to cart” button, it become “Informazioni” if the product is out of stock.

I’ve a staging copy of the site, if you provide me an email address I can create administrator account to let you do some tests.

OK. I found a solution for this problem.

You can activate the plugin “qty-increment-buttons-for-woocommerce” again.
It will take some time. I will make a new version.
