    Hello, @simonetat

Can you please send me over diagnostics from two of the sites that are having difficulties? You can do that via Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report by Email. Please send that to the default wftest at wordfence dot com email, and remember to put your forum username in that second field there.

Did you add any new plugins to a number of the sites around the time this occurred?

Please let me know here when those are sent.

    Thanks,
    Scott

I did not see any diagnostics come over on the 15th with the forum name simonetat.

Can you confirm you sent those via Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report by Email and input simonetat into the forum username field?

There may be an issue with email on the site preventing those from sending. You can first try sending them to your own email address and if you do not receive the diagnostics, then let me know here. If you do receive them, send those again to wftest @ wordfence . com

    Thanks,
    Scott

Nothing is standing out to me in those two diagnostics. Did you make any changes across all sites around the time the disconnects occurred, by chance?

    Please try the following:

First, head over to https://www.wordfence.com/central and check the Connection Issues tab on the right. If any sites are listed there in the Connection Issues area, go ahead and use the trash can icon on the far right of their entry and remove those.

Then, from the dashboard of the site you’re trying to add, use the Clear all Wordfence Central connection data option at the bottom of the Other Tests section in Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. After clearing the connection data, you can head back to https://www.wordfence.com/central and use the Add Site button in the top right to try to add the two sites again.

If your host or server has security in place, you can allowlist the Wordfence Central and plugin services that use the following IP addresses to connect to sites:

    54.68.32.247
    44.235.211.232
    54.71.203.174

Let me know if those sites get removed again after performing the above and clearing the connection.

    Thanks,
    Scott
