404 error on MyLinks page

  • MyLinks page was working fine, but recently it started to show 404 page not found error.

    Trying the solution posted here did not work. The only way to access my links is adding “mylink” to the address, like https://www.site/mylink/linkspage.

    Is there any away to fix this error?
