Undefined Error Submitting Form

    I’m using Kali Forms plugin for two custom forms on my site. Every so often when a form is being submitted the visitor receives an error message “undefined” and the message never gets sent. I’ve attempted to resolve this with the forms developer, however, they tell me that nothing is wrong with their plugin. They mentioned that they know nothing about the operation of CleanTalk, but that since it effects content in forms that I should reach out to CleanTalk to see if they might be able to assist. Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate this on my end.

    Hello.
    I’ve tried to test your webform but the Anti-Spam protection didn’t work. Did you deactivate the Anti-Spam plugin?
    We will test a Kali Forms plugin webform on our side. Please, give us 4-5 business days.

    Thank you for the quick response! Because it is an active site I need to ensure that it works as much as possible so yes I did deactivate the forms protection. I can give you admin access and you can enable it to do your tests and then if unable to resolve to deactivate it again. Please advise if you’d like me to give you admin access.

    Just some clarification… When you say “the protection on this form is working,” does this mean that I can enable the protection features in the plugin now? Currently I have all form protection disabled on this site. Or should I wait until you release an updated version of CleanTalk?

    “The protection is working” means that the plugin filters requests from this form and allows good and blocks spam. The issue is that there is no right message for blocked users.
    You can enable all necessary form protection in the plugin settings.

    We have added an integration with Kali Forms. All the changes will be included in the next stable release.

    Please, reinstall the plugin. ( Download link: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/dev-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip )

    Here is a guide for you:

    Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
    Find the plugin “Spam Protection by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
    After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Spam Protection by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.
    Download the plugin archive from the link above.
    Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
    Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.
