    You are mentioning a feature of our plugin WooCommerce Free Shipping Bar premium feature, which allows to detect customers’ IP and show respective free shipping amounts with shipping zone. You can see this documentation.

    And this plugin is also compatible with our WooCommerce Multi currency premium version.
