How to add a AND to dependencies of a calculation field

Dear support

I am trying to setup cff with a Calculated Field with this rule:

If value is – Less than or equal to – 35
If value is – Less than or equal to – 60 |<– there we need a range like – Greater than 35 – Less than or equal to 60
If value is – Greater than – 65

Is this possible? Can?t figure out how to add a and or something similar to the second rule.
With the plus sign I can add a additional “If rule is valid show:” but no additional “If value is”
