Don`t receive cofirmation emails

Hello,
I’m using the plug-in Are PayPal for some paid content. Therefor anybody has to register on the wordpress site. Unfortunately, when I try so, I don`t receive a confirmation eamil with password. Can anybody tell me why? Thanks!

Ps: Mail settings and plug-in settings should be all right.
