Sezzle Option disappearing from check out page

For some reason on the check out page of my website the option to pay with Sezzle appears very briefly then disappears and is replaced with a payment info box that prompts the customer to enter Credit card information. Therefore the customer is unable to select Sezzle as a payment option and is only allowed to pay with Pay Pal (my other available payment platform).
