Set Guest Checkout as defauly

Is it possible to run code that deltes PayPal cookies when a buyer goes opens the checkout page. ?
I ask because because I want all buyers to be presented with the “Checkout as Guest” by default.

At present, if a buyer has used Paypal previously, they will be presented with a PP login form with their email address already entered in the box.

This confuses those who prefer to use a credit or debit card and I reckon we loose sales because of it. It’s real PITA
