Just switched from “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway” and I no longer get the Paypal fee as a line item in the Order Screen. Some quick navigation of the database makes it look like it may no longer be passed to Woo from Paypal. Is this correct or do I have something incorrectly setup?

Basically, I want a line item on the edit order screen that shows Paypal here:

    Items Subtotal: $88.00
    Shipping: $10.90
    Order Total: $98.90
    PAYPAL FEE: $-999.99
    Paid:
    $98.90

    Hello @mindtakerminis

thank you for reaching out to us. We are aware of this issue and have a bug ticket open for getting this feature added to our plugin.

The old PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin referenced the PayPal Fee and actual payout amount after all applied fees: https://a.cl.ly/jku408Pd
PayPal Payments currently does not display these amounts in the WooCommerce order.

We currently have no timeline for getting this developed for release, so we cannot give you any expectancies on this.

I will link your thread to our bug ticket, so you will get updated when we have a workaround or release available that fixes this issue.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Disappointing. I’ll check with my team and see if we need to revert to the older plugin until this is resolved.

    Hello @mindtakerminis

I understand your reaction; it is unfortunate that we can’t prioritize these feature requests. This feature will be useful but does not affect the functioning of the plugin.

You will get informed once this plugin has got this feature available for you.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
