    hi @flyers123

    Thank for using PublishPress.

Does this problem remain if you disable Astra Theme Customizer? If it does, we can help.

Hi, Not sure, how I can disable customizer for Astra Theme and if there is any benefit in disabling customizer?

Do you mean to change to another theme?

I have tried changing to another theme, but it still does the same thing.

    Hi @flyers123

This looks like its coming from a plugin called Fatal Error Notify.

Please try disabling that and other plugins.

    Hi,

I had installed the plugin Fatal Error following Publish Press troubleshooting guide/post

Today, i had deactivated all the other plugins to test it out, leaving publish press active, it shows the error

I have tried changing to another WordPress theme, still shows the error

    please help

    Hi @flyers123

Are you saying that this warning still shows even when the Astra theme and the Astra Theme Customizer are disabled?

    (@flyers123)

    Hi,

    Yes that is correct

Here’s what I have tried so far with no success so far

    First instance

Action taken: disable all other plugins, except Astra theme active and publishpress editorial calender plugin

    outcome : error still persists

    Another instance:

Action taken: all other plugins enabled along with Astra theme and disabled publishpress editorial calender plugin

    outcome: no issue

    Hi @flyers123

Thanks. Sorry, this is something that is just difficult to solve with our Free support here on www.remarpro.com.

We don’t have a copy of the Astra Theme to check this.

    Some options:

    – You can open a Github issue with a specific error pointing to something in PublishPress: https://github.com/publishpress/publishPress
    – Ask the Astra support team
    – Ask the PublishPress Pro support team
