    Hi @toriko2609!

Your element is hidden by Elementor. It adds an “elementor-hidden-tablet” and an “elementor-hidden-mobile” class to the “section” that your slider was added into, so that’s the reason that your slider doesn’t show up.
Elementor has options to hide elements on different devices. If you turn off these options, your slider will be shown on smaller devices too.

    Best regards,
    Norbert

Tkank you, But I only wanted this slide to show on the desktop, so it’s hidden on other devices. But in some cases where my new clients log in with Safari, the slide just shows up in white. Is this problem related to Cookies?

    Hi @toriko2609!

Meanwhile, as I see you also hid the section with your Smart Slider 3 slider from desktop view, too. But I made some additional testing, and it seems the problem is caused by your cache, Nitropack.
To fix this problem, you should exclude our files from Nitropack’s optimization:
    https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1976-cache-or-minification#nitropack
then clear the cache and that will most likely fix this problem.

    Best regards,
    Norbert
