Hi, have checked my site in both chrome and edge and none of the images are loading. The placeholders load just fine but my images ae not loading. There has been no indication on the litespeed plugin or quic.cloud system that this event has occurred so I’m unable to rectify it.

    Please help!

    Hi,

    you need to disable this

any additional cache layer will create conflict with guest mode

Sorry I have no idea what I’m looking at. I’m on WordPress.com, not www.remarpro.com. Can you tell me what I need to disable and how to disable it so I can relay this to WordPress support, please?

Do you mean disabling the placeholders?
    Thank you

    Hi,

no , in your site , you seem to have an additional cache system , the header is x-nananana: batcache-hit

    you need disable this cache

if you are not sure what that is , please kindly reach your hosting provider for further assisstance

    Hi,
    WordPress has stated the following:

“I am not sure exactly what they are referring to, and we don’t have the ability to disable site-level settings like this.

We generally discourage the use of caching plugins on WordPress.com”

I suspected this as I didn’t recognize the screenshot or any of the code.

We will therefore have to work around their cache, what do I need to disable in the LiteSpeed plugin to do this?

    Thank you

So do you want me to disable all or some of the cache features, or do you want me to disable the guest mode?

    Thank you

“After investigating a bit more, it looks like I might be able to request that this be deactivated on your site specifically. I will need to confirm this though. I can check and follow up with you via email to confirm ok?”

    They’re looking into it.

And I’m doing a plugin conflict check also.

Will you know how it goes!

    Thank you.

So did the health check, which disables all plugins. You are then able to enable plugins one by one to highlight conflict. When all other plugins are disabled and LiteSpeed is enabled: images load on the desktop site but not on the mobile site.

However, as the other plugins are enabled one by one, the desktop site also stops loading images.

Just wanted to keep you updated.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Hope you’re well today. WordPress got back to me and said they cannot disable bit cache site-wide, they can only do this for certain pages. They do not recommend it.

So I turned off all lite speed cache to perform a conflict test.

The only cache that is now on is the public cache within the plugin – so I’ve literally just turned on one slider, the enable cache slider. Everything else is off.

I have also enabled the static and dynamic cache in the Quic.cloud platform.

I also turned off the cloud LQIP and guest mode.

Are there any other cache settings that should be enabled that are absolutely necessary?

    Thank you

Images are now loading on both the desktop and the mobile sites.

Have just turned on the browser cache, all images loading on mobile and desktop site.

Hi, if you could just advise which cache sliders need to be enabled that are crucial?

    Thank you

I’m sorry I don’t understand what do you mean by “cache sliders” ?
