How to remove “Website” sign in text area for replies?

  • I feel that entering a name and email is enough for signing in to leave a reply and I would like to remove the website entry area.

    I saw some code relating to that area when doing some other editing in
    comment-template.php but I’m not sure how to go about it.

  • Hii its easy i found it myself Just go to edit section of comments.php and look for <input type=”text” name=”url” and remove all this field upto closing tags of INPUT ( remember you just need to del WEBSITE section )
    and all done..

    Precaution : Before editing save a copy of comments.php
