Woocomerce ProductImages thubnail size not saving

  • Im having issues with my site with the product images being the same size/ aspect ratio.

    When I go to Customizer > Woocomerce > Product Images and set the thumbnail size and cropping does not save. When I click save and refresh the page, the edits are not saving. What can I do to get this fixed so all the images are the same

    Hi @johnxdoeee,

    I’ve just tried to replicate this on one of my test installations without any issues.

    Do you get any errors in the network or console tab of your browser console when trying to recreate those steps?

    Please note that these are settings provided by WooCommerce itself. These settings are not provided by Page Builder Framework.

    I would personally try and disable all other 3rd party plugins to see if it does make any difference.

    If that works, you can turn the plugins back on one by one to find out at what point it stops working and what plugin is causing the issue.
