Widget Configurator – unable to connect google reviews widget

    Hi!
    I’m trying to configure the widget (step 1 : Connect google platform) and I’ve added my places ID. What I’m seeing is just the spinning wheel and whenever I click on ‘check’ or ‘connect’ it just reloads the same page again.

    It seems, there is an error in your WP admin. Can you send me the content of the Troublsehooting tab?

    As I checked your free account in trustindex.io, I saw no problem:
    – you could connect the Google
    – reviews downloaded
    – widget is visible.

    So the connection should be working in the WordPress plugin, too. Probably due to a PHP / server error our plugin is not working properly. I suggest you the following:
    – re-create the plugin
    – if the design is still slipped apart (for example, the Troubleshooting tab is not on the right side) you should search for your Apache ( webserver) log and send us the part of the log for that date. (There you will read what the error is)
