    Our Stripe Gateway works most of the time BUT I have found a discrepancy on one order. Although Woocommerce sent a charging request to the Stripe Gateway for a product and shipping, Stripe only took payment for the product leaving me out of pocket for this shipping charge.

    The shipping charge is shown on the order. The total is correct on the order. The shipping charge is shown in the Stripe payment Meta Data but did not charge the customer’s card.

    I’m pretty sure this has happened once before but I didn’t deal with it.

    Stripe say this is a problem with Woocommerce.

    Anyone else experienced this?

    We’ll need to see some order details to find out what went awry. To avoid exposing sensitive data, can you please submit a support request via the Support tab in your WooCommerce.com? If you don’t have an account yet, it will be necessary to create one.

    Once you’ve logged in, please send us the following:

    • A screenshot or three, showing the full order page including the order notes for the order in question.
    • If you had debug logging enabled at the time of the transactions, go to WooCommerce ? Status ? Logs, refer to the _stripe_ log with the most relevant date,and copy the data from that log into your reply too.
    • Also include your System Status Report for us, which you’ll find from the same page as the logs, but under the Status tab. Click the Get System Status ? Copy for Support buttons, and paste in your reply.

    For screenshots, you can either upload them to your media library and share the direct links with us, or use a service like Droplr or CloudApp and share the links with us here.
