I downloaded your plug in, it doesnt work

Currently I offer free shipping for all orders over a certain amount (£25), but Im needing to exclude certain products (My candle warmers page, because shipping is included in the price of the items).

I drop ship the candle warmers etc products not from my home.

So if a customer buys 6 melts which isn’t over £25.00 this means the postage for royal mail needs to kick in £2.68 (I post the melts myself) and if they buy a warmer too, the system auto selects free shipping because the warmers are above £25.00

ill be out of pocket. xx

I need help to exclude the warmers from the free shipping over £25 rule xx

I activated your plug in, went to a product I want excluding I selected exclude from free shipping and saved. Added the item to basket and the system says congratulations you have free shipping because the warmer is £27. I added a few melts that’s part of the offer and these wax melts was free shipping even though I need it to give royal mail postage because its under £25 for the melts)
    xxxx Can anyone help me
    Thank you xx`

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

WooCommerce provides a mechanism to require a minimum spend for an order before Free Shipping is activated. This is under WooCommerce > Shipping > Zone > Free Shipping > “A minimum order amount”.

When testing with this setting, our “Exclude Free Shipping” rule is honored and free shipping is still not allowed, even if the minimum order amount is met.

It sounds like you are running another plugin that calculates the minimum amount required to activate Free Shipping. Contact the developer of that plugin for a fix. If the plugin is available on www.remarpro.com we may be able to take a look and offer a solution.

Yes, please email [email protected] with screenshots of your settings along with a WooCommerce System Report. Log into your WordPress admin area and click on WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.
