more than one index page

My home page consists of multiple loops, where the top part of the page is the last 4 posts and the rest is divided into the 4 last posts from several categories. In the top part, I want to link to a page that contains the loop with 10 posts per page. I have this page working but I don’t know how to create a page that just contains the loop.

I found the following example for creating a page that uses custom fields to display the loop for a category, but I want to change it to include all posts.
