• Hi,

    I have a recurring membership site and when a failed payment occur (because of no money on the credit card, etc), then later via retry it goes to active, (because there is money on the card) the plugin delete the subscription!

    So the subscriber is active, but the something delete his subscription, therefore in the next month it will failed payment.

    Have you got any idea what happen?
