message that exceeding quota, but does not seem right

    Hi,

    I just installed the free version of Optimole on a clients website, but it almost immediately stopped working, saying:
    Your account has been disabled due to exceeding quota. All images are being redirected to the original unoptimized URL. Please upgrade to re-activate the account.

    But as far as I can see the site is nowhere near the 5K monthly visits quota.
    Why does this happen, and how can I fix this?

    Hi @omniafausta,

    Thank you for reporting it and apologies for this inconvenience.

    There is a small bug with the plugin that on the initial load the notification appears but it doesn’t stop Optimole from working, once you refresh the page it should be fixed.

    Let us know if Optimole doesn’t work on your website and we will take a look.
    The bug with a notification appearing should be fixed soon.
