Video not showing as well as image

    2 months ago, it was working fine. Now no video is showing. Only the previous image it captured from the video is showing and on the new product, neither video showing nor images are captured from video.

    Hello @saurabhtodia,
    it seems that your theme customizes the gallery template and for this reason, the plugin is unable to operate. You could see if your theme support knows a way to use the default WooCommerce template.

    But Previously working fine. And no theme update has been there. Please Resolve.

    Hi @saurabhtodia, you could try trying to change the theme to a default one and see if it works.

    Also, check the plugin configuration or add a video again, perhaps an automatic update could be the cause of the problem.
