    Hi there,

Is it possible to disable the movement of the website behind the popup?

I need users to be able to ONLY control the scroll up and down of the popup on both mobiles and desktops.

I know you can ‘Disable Overlay’ in the Advanced settings under Display however, that still allows users to scroll up and down on the webpage. Enabled Fixed Positioning does the same thing.

    Thank you.

    Hi @deeperlook

Thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear you are having this issue with your popup.

In order for the scroll to activate on the page while the popup is displaying, you would need both Disable Overlay and Fixed Position enabled. In case you have caching systems on your site, kindly clear it after saving the popup settings.

Before previewing the popup, kindly clear the browser’s cache (desktop and mobile). I made a test using my test site, and it works accordingly. Please see: https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGuJeonB

If the issue persists, you will need to contact us at our support portal as this falls under premium support. Please could you open a support ticket at our support portal, here: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/

    I hope that helps.

    Hi Bel,

Thank you so much for the quick reply and demo video.

I actually want to stop the scrolling of the website entirely. Ie, the user can only interact with the popup until it is closed then they can scroll and navigate the website.

Edit: Sorry, to give context, the popup contains a form that has several fields that extends the form below the fold.

    Thanks.
