Error 500

  • Hi there,

    so far the plugin has worked great. but now out of nowhere I can’t get to a product page that has the configuration turned on.

    I only get to the product page when the user is logged in, if he is logged out he gets a 500 error.

    WP version is 5.8.1.

    On my localhost is working, but on live server is this issue.

    Can you help please?

    OK i found problem… when is LiteSpeed plugin enabled, page with cofiguration doesnt work… you can help?

    I exclude product with cofiguration from the cache and working ??

    Hi Jan,
    Would by any chance have access to the PHP error logs?
    They should contain information on what caused the error 500.
