unable to back up

    Hi,
    UpdraftPlus stopped backing up my website since the 18th of September through a daily scheduled job. I tried to back it up manually but it seems like it is stuck somewhere in the process.
    Is it a plugin issue?

    Hi,

    For us to check further, please send us a copy of the latest backup log.
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Yes, thank you!

    It shows that the backup gets stuck while zipping the uploads files.
    Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size. This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files. To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb, save your settings and run a new process.

    I would like to know the free version of UpdraftPlus , how much size of website allow us to back-up ? the size of my website is 1 GB almost

    There is no limit in size. UpdraftPlus free version can backup any website size.
