I’m using the Neve parent theme on my website, but for some reason, I can’t make my pages cooperate for mobile. Half of the page is always cut off. It could just be safari, I know that that browser has some difficulties, but safari is the main browser on apple devices and I need my site to be mobile responsive. Does anyone have any advice? I would show pictures, but I don’t know if I can do that here.

I checked your site on Safari and for me the page isn’t cut off – screenshot, so I am not sure I can see the issue. If this still happens for you, it’s possible to provide us a link with an image showing the issue, as the one I provided above.

I am experiencing a similar problem: footer widgets appear cut on the right side , only on mobile and only in portrait view.
I have tried playing with padding and margins, but with no result, and I would like to understand why this is happening before adding some !important CSS

Hi @ashensalcove!

Please insert the code below in the Additional CSS section within the Customizer. It should remove the extra left padding on mobile.

@elenaocone this can happen because of some conflicting custom code added on the site. Neve is completely responsive. However, if some conflicting custom code is added, it can restrict some functionalities of the theme.

@ashensalcove the code provided above only targets mobile devices, hence the “max-width: 600px” part of the code. It doesn’t affect the style on desktop. Please make sure all the braces are properly closed for the pieces of code added before the one provided above. Also, I checked your site on mobile and the page is properly displayed now, so the code above was correctly applied – screenshot.
