I need a page made–will pay for it

I need someone who can make a simple page for me–that is, simple for someone who knows how. I know a bit of html, but this is probably php or something like that. Here’s what I want.

A friend of mine are going to blog about different topics together. I want a page where we can enter topics into a form and it will appear on a list, above or below, however is fine. It does not have to have anything fancy. No password or anything would be required, but I would like the metatag that would hide it from search engines.

I will be hosting it on my site, lifeofahappymom.com. Probably would make a subdirectory for it. If I don’t miss my guess, this would have at least two files–the data file, and a page that pulls info from the data file to make the web page. I don’t need any css or anything like that, since this is just a list that can be accessed by anyone with the url (my friend and I), and I would need to be able to edit the data file (to delete topics once we cover them).

I have no idea what this would be worth, but I am guessing someone who knows how to do this could throw something like that together in a few minutes (because they probably would just have to modify code from something else), so I think $5-10 would probably be fair. I can pay by paypal.

I hope I am not breaking any forum rules by this request. It’s just that I need it quickly and don’t know where else to go. I figure someone here would probably know how to do this. If it’s against forum rules, please delete (and notify me so I can keep looking). I need the code asap–preferably by the weekend.
