Make sure you are running the most recent version of the free Feed them Social plugin (currently 2.9.6.3).
When generating a FB feed shortcode, if you have selected ‘Display Posts made by Page only’ your feed should not be showing posts made by random folks.
After you have updated the plugin, then reacquire a new FB access token, generate a new shortcode and replace the old shortcode. Then, after you update/publish, clear the FTS cache so the changes can take effect.
If you are still seeing the random folks posts after those steps, you can also go into your FB Business Page’s settings and set the visitor posts to ‘review’ or even ‘disable’, which should remedy this.
Let us know how it goes. It is possible that FB has just changed something and we may need to as well.
