they completely mess up my website

  • They moved the language into the size bar as requested, then nightmare happened. All my website images layout are line up instead of slider.

    Their developer said it’s because of my rocket lazy load plugin issue and asked me to turn off and use cloudflare – ok ok, followed his instructions but the issue is still there!

    Then he said it’s because of the whole plugin!!!

    I asked him, please explain why this nightmare starts right after the language position adjust but not at the first day we have the website? So far he just ignore this question!

    Their louzy work completely messed up everything. If i can, i want to give them minus.

    *update. They removed the plugin, and all the subdomain got issue on GA and google console. All errors caused by their subdomain.

    Haven’t received any refund yet.

    Sorry, but it seems that you are not cooperating with us.

    I have asked multiple times to turn off WP Rocket lazy loader for scripts and you have claimed that you have done it, but that is not the case. I have checked the HTML source code and every time it was not turned off.

    I have responded your question and mentioned that it has nothing to do with the changes we have made. I have provided you 2 identical page links from your website, one of which was fine (WP Rocket lazy loader was missing) the other one had the WP Rocket lazy loader enabled and it had issues with the images. I have provided you screenshots of your HTML source code with explanation.

    UPDATE: You have finally turned off WP Rocket completely and you confirmed that it works.

    My recommendation was to have Cloudflare Rocket loader and turn off the lazy loader part from WP Rocket loader plugin, since they both do the same thing and Cloudflare is doing it much better.

    We have followed your instructions to turn off it.

    And we said to you, it seems that when Tigran did the adjust on position, some conflict created and that cause this layout issue, right after he fninshed the job.

    However you keep on shirking responsibility to WP rocket, which we are using it since the first day.

    What you need to do is, find out the conflict of the work you did or restore my website and cancel the subscription to refund me the cost I haven’t spent.

    But you didn’t, you simply want to take off it from the shoulder quickly and told me “wish me good luck”.

    Really, can’t be more rude.

    Just terrible.

    There is one simple rule:

    If you are using an optimization plugin and it breaks something for you when it is on, it only means that something is wrong with that plugin.

    We will cancel your service and make a pro-rated refund.

    Thanks, i started the plugin from 20th July, until today it’s 2 month. you can deduct the 2 months cost and refund me the 10 month cost.

    i deactivate your plugin, but the language bar remains on mobile and tablet version, can you please remove it?
