We want to have these discount rules

hi, what would be required make it possible to have the following discount rules using the Dynamic pricing plugin?:
1.`If a customer has purchased 1 or more products (from any category) within the last year, then on their next purchase they receive a 10% discount (and on any subsequent purchase made in the next year)
2. If a customer buys a product from category A then adds a second product from category A, then they receive a $100 discount off the total order price.
3. If a customer adds a product from category A then adds a product from category B to their cart as well, they then receive a $75 discount off the total order price.
4. If a customer buys a product from category B then adds another product from category B, they receive a $50 discount (whereas of the customer bought 2 products from Category A they would receive a $100 discount)
Also consider the option for coupons or codes to allow for flexible options. I.e. time limited discounts`
