It is sorrowful to hear that you have faced such an issue. We always try to provide as many bug-free products as possible but sometimes things happen out of our control since there are tons of problems out there with WordPress plugins and themes. We have tested the plugin on our local site and we didn’t get any issues like yours. Use the demo page of the plugin to generate a performance, accessibility report. If you don’t bother to generate a report, just check here to see a generated reported.

I agree that the lite version has limited features but you can create an attractive product gallery with the features which are given in the lite version without the pro features.
