Links not clickable on main page

I’m having a problem with links on my blog. Whenever I post a link it will be fine on the page which displays only that post, but on my main page where it shows a summary of all my posts the link doesn’t work, it just appears as plain text, cannot click on it.

I assume this is something to do with the theme I installed, I think the plain text is being passed through to my main page rather than the code? I’m not very good with PHP!

How do I fix this?
