Disable terms checkbox on checkout page until terms field fully scrolled down

    Hi,

    I need to have ‘Terms and Conditions’ checkbox disabled on woocomerce ‘checkout’ page until a user scrolls down all the text from the field.

    I tried to play with Javascript but with no result.

    Is there maybe a ready plugin or solution?
