Issue with checkout Place Order Button

  • Hi there, I am having a major problem with my online store. I have recently added Klarna Payments which is showing on the checkout-2/ link. Customers have 2 options for payments to choose. If they choose debit/credit it shows the card widget and if they choose Kalrna it shows Klarna payment widget.
    Once payment option chosen they have to tick the checkbox of terms and conditions and then click place order button. With credit/debit card option they get a prompt that they need to tick the box but with Klarna they dont get that prompt and it just starts loading and shows spinning icon and gets stuck on that.
    I have lost orders because of that as customers think they are unable to pay and Klarna/Woocommerece cancels the order as the payment did not go through. Is there a way the Place order button becomes only clickable once the checkbox is ticked as customers are ending up clicking that button without ticking and it sends them in loading loop with klarna.

    Hi,
    In your case, I think it’s a conflict with our multi step checkout feature.
    You can go to Customizer->WooCommerce->Checkout to disable multi step feature there.
    And let me know if it works in the default mode.
