How do I add variables?

Hi team,

For every whatsapp message that I get from my website, I want the message to show the URL of the page or the page title from which the customer has sent the message.
I’ve tried other plugins and they offer variables in the format {url}.

Does social chat have the functionality of adding variables in the area of whatsapp??
