it doesn’t open popup

    Hello, please help me.
    On the https://kamprofi.ru/ website, there is a button with a popit in the header of the site, after clicking it shifts to the form does not open, what could be the reason? The Ocean WP theme is installed. The second site has the same problem https://caggiati.ru/kontakty/

    I have read all the solutions to the problem, but I have not found anything that can help me

    I viewed your website and yes, I can confirm the issue that you are referring to.

    I then noticed that you are using an Elementor builder for your page. Did you set a Click Open trigger for the popup as instructed in this article? ‘Click Open’ Trigger Settings

    On the other hand, I would suggest checking out documentation on how to Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker This way we can determine if its a conflict with another plugin or theme quickly. ?Keep us posted.

    I set the trigger to “Open”, but nothing opens, only the site is shifted. I noticed if I set the trigger “Time delay/Auto-opening” then the form opens automatically, perhaps this clarification will help me to tell

    Thank you for your reply.

    I checked the page where the issue is occurring. Indeed, selecting the green button on the header doesn’t display the popup.

    I checked the sources that are loading on the said page and used Chrome’s network request blocking feature. It seems there is a conflict with your theme javascript(theme.vanilla.min.js). When the theme script is blocked from loading on the page, it displays the popup properly.

    To verify this on your end, I suggest checking the link that Maria provided. Here’s also the link Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker

    I also checked the other site and it has the same issue with the theme script. I would suggest reaching out to the theme developer and ask to look at the script (/assets/js/theme.vanilla.min.js)
