    Hi @sydchako!

Sorry to hear you weren’t able to get the plugin to work! I believe I haven’t received any support requests from your end. I’d be happy to help fix any issues or guide you on how to set up the plugin. If you want to follow up on this, please contact me at [email protected] or by posting a message in the support forums.

The plugin will not automatically post anything to your GMB listing until you specifically configure it to. In the auto-post settings (Post to GMB > Settings > Auto-post settings), you can turn on “Auto-post by default”. This will cause all newly added WordPress posts to be published to your GMB listing.

I followed all the instructions provided in the plugin and even authenticated with Google hoping that the setup process would be smooth. I even turned on autoposting but still nothing happened. At least it should give an alert about what happened everytime it failed instead of just failing silently. My settings were correct because I followed all instructions. Then I uninstalled it.

Hi @sydchako, thanks for the feedback. I’ll see if I can make the setup process a bit clearer.

Failed posts will be highlighted in red in the Post to GMB panel as well as the post calendar in the plugin dashboard. Clicking “List created posts” will show what exactly went wrong for each GMB location. But that is easy to overlook if you’re expecting the plugin to work in the background. It might be a good idea to add a global error message in the WordPress dashboard if a recent GMB post has failed to publish!
