    My website keeps failing to contact the payment server and I have to keep manually going in and clicking “refresh account data” to temporarily fix the payment portal.

    Also, the “test communication” under the tools tab is failing with:

    Issue should now be fixed. Your account should update itself automatically if you haven’t done so manually yet!

    Disable MCC debug mode and your comm test should work much nicer.
