• I recently noticed that my staff directory is only displaying short codes and not actual directory that I inputted. For example, on the school website I am working on, under “Teachers” I only see “[show-team orderby=’lastname’ category=’teachers’ layout=’table’ style=’img-circle,text-left,odd-colored’ display=’photo, position, social, name’]” instead of the list of teachers. I figured this had something to do with an update, but I think another admin may have somehow changed the plugin. The plugin I have now is called “Team Showcase” by Themepoints. It seems to display a different type of shortcode than what is listed above. I even tried rolling the plugin back to every earlier version, but the settings just don’t look like they used to. Is there more than one “Team Showcase” plugin for WordPress? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, @pfree5891 it’s looking that your shortcode is not correct. I can see you are using single inverted commas ’ instead of a double ” or single ‘ quote sign. Please use shortcode/code widget of WPBakery page builder.

Your shortcode should be like below.

    [show-team category="leaders" layout="table" style="img-circle,text-left,odd-colored" display="photo,position,social,name"]

Thank you. The thing is, the code was working before. I believe the plugin has been changed by one of my admins. Can anyone help me identify the plugin by the shortcode?
