Hi @rynald0s I’m really glad this worked for them. I do not have iTheme plugin so that cannot be the reason for this error on my system. I am feeling somewhat panicked that they say their client’s order information was not populating. That can be devastating.

That error does not seem to come from WooCommerce. You can try to debugging following WordPress documentation:

There is also a similar thread on the forum where some users have resolved the issue by fixing security headers on their host.

Thank you but I do not use iTheme. I have read the thread that you recommend and it is patently clear that this error does indeed come from Woocommerce.

Before doing that, can I ask you to go through a conflict test to possibly narrow down the cause of this and find a solution? We have details about that here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

I appreciate you haven’t had a solid solution yet but this is due to this scenario not being caused by one specific scenario. I’ve reviewed a number of other threads mentioning There was an error getting your inbox and aside from those mentioning iThemes security, those that have a solution have all been caused by a security type plugin blocking the requests.

We also get this error since the latest Woo update and we also do not use iTheme. So this MUST be a Woo issue surely. Why didn’t it happen before?

Hi @nicholasje, No I have not managed to do the conflict testing. It is too complicated for someone with my level of skill. I would need to consult with a web developer which I can’t afford to do. I think you should leave threads that are unresolved and not call them resolved. It skews your data when you claim things are resolved and they are not.
