Hello, is the plugin compatible with WPML? There is not any “Discount per Quantity” Table in translations. On the back-end I can see the Rules, but can not translate it. Even with WPML Strings.

    Hi @vplk

To fix the issue of translation in a multilingual site please follow the below instructions.

    – Go to the plugin settings – localization tab – set Enabled to “No” to disable localization.
    – Translate the plugin texts that appear in your site front-end which are exits in the language file of the plugin.

I hope it can help you.

    Best Regards.

Ok, that is the way how to translate plugin′s Strings. But I am still missing the table of discount in the translations. Please see this image.
    Thanks for the advice.

Because it is cached, you can clear the cache by going one of the created rules in the plugin and save it again to clear the cache.

    I hope it helps.

If you have “Products in list” or “variations in list” in your rule to apply it in other languages follow below instructions.

    – First switch to your desired language in the admin. (This is important to switch the language in the admin in order to select products from that language)
    – Click on the duplicate button in the rules list to duplicate the rule.
    – Edit the rule and clear selected products and then search for products in this language and select them.
    – Save the rule and try again.

    I hope it helps.

    Best Regards

It is not a Cache issue.
I have followed the workflow step by step, but it does not work.

I can share a credentials, if you are willing to try it, it is not a productin site yet.

    Best Regards.

It seems that you didn’t followed it carefully.

    Please do the steps carefully.
    1. Switch to the FR language in the admin.
    2. Create a new rule in the plugin.
    3. Search for the FR language products by its ID in FR language or by its name in FR language.
    4. Select the FR language product.
    5. Save the rule.

Our other clients do it properly, and you can do it if follow steps properly.
    Please refer to this ticket.

It works with new rule, not with duplicated rule as you recommended. It is ok this way. Thanks a lot.
    Best regards.
