Question: Will this plugin get an update at some stage?

There is a LuckyWP-website at theluckywp dot com, but I cant’ find seem any contact information there. So I asked the question here in hope of an answer:

Is this plugin still maintained?
Or is it an abandoned project?

I really like Lucky WP – Table of Contents, use it on several sites.
