    Unable to update times get this: Updating failed. Could not update the meta value of _tribe_ticket_capacity in database.

    Have turned off all plugins and reverted theme to 2021, still a problem.

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the issues you are having, I would be happy to help you troubleshoot this!

    You are trying to update the times on a ticket? Are you by chance using the Block Editor?

    Have you tried a test for conflicts: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/ You can either use the Health Check plugin mentioned in that guide, or you can set up a staging environment and copy your site to it to test.

    Yes, I turned off all plugins and theme…still a problem.
    I added the plugin Health check and got this:

    Thank you for sharing this with me, this actually sounds like it could be related to a bug that we out right now, it sounds like you were updating the sale times on the tickets?
