restrict number of image in a gallery

    I like to restrict the number of images we load the first and later every time we reload. I am using shortcode [sgdg as the button is not working.

    Also, how I can sort the directories based on creation date (latest should come first). Also what is parameter to sort the images?

    where can i find all the paramaters for the shortcode?

    Do you guys have any plan to integrate with Facebook? If you like an image, we post it on their Facebook.

    Hi,
    you should probably just use the block editor with the gallery block – all the parameters can be configured from there. In the shortcode, you have to use the option names from here.

    this helped me a lot. I am testing image and dir ordering. I don’t think i am able to make it work image and dir ordering

    image_ordering=”time, ascending”?
    dir_ordering=time, ascending

    i tried multiple combination but nothing seems like working. What are the options for sorting and what is the format.

    Hi,
    image ordering is a bit tricky, you need to use image_ordering_by=”time” and image_ordering_order=”ascending”
