Critical error

I’ve applied the CSS selector to the field I would like the date & time picker to appear on, however once I’ve applied it and refreshed the page. It shows I’ve run into a critical error. I’ve tried changing the ‘When to load’ settings to ‘only when shortcode exists on a page.’ but once I’ve chosen that, the date/time picker doesn’t work. I’ve also tried applying the shortcode [datetimepicker] into the page itself, but everytime it tries to load the shortcode, it ends up as a critical error. Any idea on how to fix this issue?
